These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Make Money (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Redbon (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is a utility-based service application. It is not a game and does not provide gambling services.

❗ CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

❗ ELIGIBILITY

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

🔴 You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms;

🔴 You will not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;

🔴 You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

❗ ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

Some features may require you to provide an email address or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

❗ REWARDS, EARNINGS, AND IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

The App may offer rewards, points, bonuses, or other incentives (“Rewards”) based on your use of the Service and completion of certain tasks. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be subject to verification, eligibility checks, and fraud-prevention measures.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Rewards programs at any time, including changing eligibility criteria, reward amounts, or redemption rules. Any attempt to manipulate the Service (including use of bots, emulators, automation, fake accounts, VPN/proxy abuse, or other fraudulent behavior) may result in Rewards being voided, account suspension, or termination.

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and for complying with laws applicable to you.

❗ PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

🔴 Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;

🔴 Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from the App (except where prohibited by law);

🔴 Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls;

🔴 Use scripts, bots, automation, or other methods to generate artificial usage or Rewards;

🔴 Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

🔴 Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

❗ ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide a stable and accurate Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

❗ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all related content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service unless we provide written permission.

❗ THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

❗ TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms).

❗ DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Redbon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

❗ NULLITY OF A PROVISION

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

❗ WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

❗ GOVERNING LAW

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
